• To provide overall direction, administration and coordination of the project. Ensure the successful
• completion of the project in most economical and expedient manner, recognizing and capturing
• potential opportunities, reducing potential liability and achieving intended costs. Assist the Site
• Supervisor in planning and direction of the construction activities.
• Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
• Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients

Job Requirements:

• College Diploma in construction or in Engineering.
• 10 to 15 years construction related experience, with minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
