• Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas
• Assist in preparing layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools
• Assist in shaping, assembling and joining materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials
• Assist in Installing floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems
• Assist tradespersons such as Carpenter in construction activities
• Assist heavy equipment operators to secure special attachments to equipment, signal operators to guide them in moving equipment and provide assistance in other activities
• Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows and other equipment
• Operate pneumatic hammers, air nailing equipment as directed
• Direct traffic at or near construction sites
• Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed.

Job Requirements:
• Lift minimum of 50 pounds
• Team player
• Organized
• Accurate
• Fall arrest safety certification preferred
• Ability and experience using pneumatic tools
• Driver licence required
